Christmas day today, I'm spending the day with my family and not the airport!

Home sweet home!

I made it into Chicago last night, even thou I thought I wasn't going to. We arrived at Ohare around 1215am and sat on the plane for a gate till 1am. I was dying in my uncomfortable seat on the plane(I had the last seat in the back of the plane, you know the one that doesn't recline an inch) Anyway, once off it was a odyssey to find my luggage I didn't get it till 145am!!! I was off to pick up my car and I HAD TOOOOOO go to Macy's (Woodfield open 24 hours for the holidays) to pick up a gift for my brother, so after picking through the messy store I walked away with a nice shirt for my brother. I FINALLY made it home to my house at 4am. I saw the clock and thought to myself "oh shit, I have been up for 23 hours now!"

So now I'm off to my brother's house to spend Christmas eve with the family.

I'm still in Syracuse at this time and the current sstatus of my flight is that we will be leaving at 10:15pm Let's cross our fingers that my flight will leave at that time and not that it's canceled till tomorrow or what is worst yet that I will be stuck in Syracuse till waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay after Christmas.

Another think I hope for is that my car will be able to start when I pick it up at the office tonight. I also hope that the road hope will be a safe one for me tonight.

Delays delays and more delays!

I worked in syracuse the last couple of days and today is the day I return back to Chicago. Well, not so. I guess the weather at ORD is terrible today and 400 flights have canceld in Chicago. I'm trying to get in and I dont think I will be able to do that tonight. The hope is still alive, my flight has not been canceled, yet. It is scheduled to leave tonight at 11:30pm from it's original departure time of 6:59pm. It's the last flight of the night and I hope to be able to take off and land at ORD safely tonight.

My body is tired, tense, sleepy and hurting all over. I'm happy to say that my spirits about this situation are still good. My coworker isnt though. It's starting to annoye me! I know that the situation is ugly and grim with all the delays, but chill the FUCK OUT! There is nothing that anyboby can do to change the weather, NOTHING.

I will update in a bit. I aint got nothing else better to do.

Fantasy Island

LOL so as the Us airways employees announced that my plane to syracuse has arrived at the gate...... all i can think of is the little guy from the Fantasy island saying. the plane, the plane, the plane. Yes, random thought in the lolo monster head.

I'm stuck at Logan airport in Boston

I havent posted anything in awhile cause i have not been in the mood. I was able to get a temp. job traveling allover the US. It's been fun. I have found two states that I'm in love with Utah and Pennsylvania. I love these two states, I would love to return those two states at my leisure.

This week is my last week of my temp job. It's been 3 short months of jetting off to different locations and it has all come to an end, well, maybe! My boss will contact those temps. that she would like to hire on full time. So we shall see if I get in or not. I'm crossing my fingers.

I'm heading to syracuse today. I started my day at ORD at 9am and flew into Boston and have been here, waiting patiently since 200pm. They have just anounced that my flight is leaving, that my plane is at the gate and is preparing for my flight. YAY Me I will actually be able to sleep for 5 hours tonight!! I have been traveling since Wed of last week and i'm going on little sleep . I'm starting to feel very very very very sleepy.

I have a new job

This new job takes me around the U.S. some places more exciting than others. In the last month I have been to Oshkosh and Fond du lac, Wisconsin, Chicago, Nashville, Tenesse. Kentucky and currently I'm in Desoto Texas. I love this area, the homes are beautiful.


My buddy called me today as I drove around TX and I told him that I have come to the conclusion that everything IS bigger in Texas. I say that cause as soon as I arrived at the airport all I saw was TALL BIG MEN! It was great!!!! then I headed to the car rental place and the guy is like "you would look so sexy in this mini SUV, but you'll look hot in this full size SUV" I was like ok give me the HOT SUV and I drove off with the conclusion that everything is bigger in Texas! LOL

I'm blogging from my hotel room, I'm listening to prepicked music on my alarm clock. I choose nature sounds thinking that it would put me in a relaxing mood, but the sounds of the birds chirping sound fake. The fake chirping is actually annoying me at this time, I will change it to pop now, much much better.

I'm dead beat tiered and will be going to bed in a few long day tomorrow. I'm going to work in the morning then I will run around Texas to do some errands and head to the airport to fly home!

In the next couple of weeks I'm scheduled to go to Marrion, Il. Avon,NY. and Detroit.

Summer time in the city

I'm looking forward to the summer and cant wait for the great times to come. I'm still single and playing the field in chicago. I'm tryig something new, a dating service. I'm excited, it's the first time joining.

I worked for a dating for 7 years and so I'm ready to deal will that comes with it.

its been more than a year since....

It's been more than a year since I have been on here. I will give you a quick update.
* I quit my lonely lab job for a job that takes me to the people.
*honey and I broke up,It was long overdue.
* I'm back in the singles pool and not sure if I'm fond of it yet
* I joined "Man Of The Month" aka MOTM it is a singles girls answer to motivate you to go out there and meet new people. you must meet or date one guy at least every month.
* Mr December was also Mr January in MOTM
* In February I took a break, I blame it on the weather.
* I have a date with Mr March this weekend. :)
